02 AM brings the HEAT to Phoenix

Heat FC 02 AM boys traveled to Phoenix for the Arizona Stars and Stripes tournament, where they took on some of the toughest competition in Arizona. After qualifying for the semi-finals, 02 AM had to play against the Cobras 02 Red from Texas the #1 seed. Heat 02 AM challenged well and beat the Texas team to advance to the finals in one of the best performances Heat 02 AM has put on this year! Although the boys came up short against a tough Sereno club in the finals, Heat 02 AM represented well in Phoenix. Another Silver finish for Heat 02 AM is a great accomplishment as they continue to grow together as a team. Congrats Heat 02 AM boys…Keep Working!!

Heat 02 AM Boys Finalist at Rugrats!

Heat FC 02 AM continues to improve, as they proved it once again in the 2012 Rugrats tournament. The team advanced to the semi-finals, where a tough game ensued against Vegas United SC 02. At the end of regulation, both teams were tied and entered into a penalty kick face off! And on the last PK attempt, 02 AM boys prevailed to advance to the finals. In the finals, the team face the Eliminators Black 02. A tough game once again, back and forth, with many exciting shots on goal. The team came up short in a 2-1 loss. However, the team’s play on the field and their commitment to improvement off the field certainly shows. Congratulations to Heat FC 02 AM for another great tournament!
