Heat Football Club

Heat FC is proud to recognize the accomplishment of the Heat FC 98 TS U-13 Girls team as Nevada State Cup Finalists three years in a row.  The girls won their bracket in the preliminary rounds and travelled to Reno for the semi-finals and finals on May 7 & 8.  The girls defeated the Northern Nevada champions 2-0, putting them into the finals.  The final game could not be decided by the 70 minutes of regular play and went into overtime.  Unfortunately, the girls surrendered a goal with only four minutes remaining in the second period of overtime, resulting in a 1-0 loss.  However, as Nevada State Cup Finalists, the girls have earned a spot to play at Region IV's President's Cup in June.  Congratulations to Heat FC 98 TS for a tremendous season and a hard fought 90 minutes of soccer in the Nevada State Finals.
