| HeatFC fields Heat Select teams for players in the U8-U10 age groups that demonstrate advanced abilities. This program is designed to provide transitional training for recreational players interested in playing competitive soccer, which starts at U11. |

| The Select program identifies, retains and trains potential competitive players in the U8-U10 age groups in order to provide them with the technical and tactical skills needed to successfully play at the competitive level. Select Team players receive technical and tactical training from their Heat Select staff coach and from our credentialed trainers. These teams play in the Valley-wide developmental leagues. Select coaches observe and evaluate potential Select players during Heat Academy training sessions and recreational league games and tournament play. Participation in the Select Program is by invitation only. |
