| Heat training staff consists of ex-professional players and credentialed trainers who provide specialized training for Heat teams, players and coaches. Training options include technical and goalkeeping training, tactical and functional instruction, and speed, agility, balance and core strength training. These services are also available to individual players and small groups who are interested in training. |
